Electrical Maintenance

      I worked for a licensed electrician and offer the following services: installing ceiling fans, lights, switches, outlets, exterior flood lights and more!  

     The good news is that my prices are at least 50% LESS than a electrician!  

     For example: a few months ago I was working in a house in Wesley Chapel - an electrician arrived and hung 4 pendant lights (a very simple task) - and charged $450 for 1 and a half hours of work!   

      My price for the same work - -$150!
